The Chief Promoter Mr.Ranjit Narasimhan has passed out from IIT Madras in first class with distinction and had obtained Roll of Honours from IIM Calcutta. He had won K R Memorial Award at IIT for excellent academic performance, he also won the Industry Champion of the Year Award in 2010 from Contact Centre World at their Asia Pacific Conference in Melbourne.
